Dear friends and supporters,

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the AHS Sandie Band. We appreciate your support for our kids. The Amarillo High Band Parents Association is a nonprofit organization that seeks donations, financial support, and volunteers from individuals, businesses, and community organizations. We aim to provide students with a rich musical education and opportunities beyond what AISD can offer. Your support enables us to provide important activities for our kids, and we are committed to making the most of every sponsor dollar.

We will again this year, offer sponsor shirts for our band parents to wear during games and other activities. These shirts will display the names of sponsors who have made full payments by August 15, the first day of school. This allows us to easily identify our supporters and show our gratitude for your support wherever we go. We will also display our sponsors on our sponsorship banner and in concert programs, including business logos for higher sponsor levels. These logos will be displayed throughout the year in or near the band hall, as well as at football games, concerts, and events. Our sponsor t-shirts double as our volunteer t-shirts so we need to have the shirts by the first football game. We MUST receive your donation by August 15 to be printed on our sponsor t-shirts, and your high-resolution logo, if applicable, to be printed on our banner for display at the games and in the band hall. Donations and high-resolution logos (preferably in vector, .eps, or .ai formats) to be submitted to Karis Berg or Olivia Henderson - VP of Fundraising at gosandieband@gmail.com. by August 15. Returning sponsors who wish to use the same logo as last year can contact Karis or Olivia at gosandieband@gmail.com to confirm availability.

We are very grateful for our corporate, community, and family sponsors. The support of people and businesses like yours is vital to the success of the AHS Band program. We are seeking monetary and in-kind donations to enhance our finances received from student activity fees and fundraising.
We invite you to have your name featured on our sponsor/volunteer t-shirt, banner, website, concert programs, and/or band trailer. If you are interested in sponsoring the 2023-2024 Sandie Band with a tax-deductible donation, please send your check (made out to AHSBPA) and completed Sponsorship Form to AHS Band c/o Robert Hinds at 4225 Danbury Amarillo, TX 79109, or give it to one of the directors.
